Produce Sales Facility

The produce sales facility is the first phase of a larger development near the San Joaquin River and Friant Road.  The development is planned to include a wedding chapel and reception hall, a winery, and a restaurant.

Gateway Engineering, Inc. is responsible for  topographic surveys, preparation of the site plan, preparation of site improvement plans, and construction staking.

Construction is in progress.
